1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Techniworld website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the current rate of 15%. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept payment via Yoco (Visa, Mastercard) and EFT. EFT orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Techniworld reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Stock Availability

While we endeavour to keep stock information accurate, availability is not guaranteed. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across South Africa via courier. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Techniworld is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Warranty

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Defective products are handled in accordance with our suppliers' (Rectron and Syntech) warranty policies. We will liaise with the relevant supplier on your behalf. Please contact support@techniworld.co.za before returning any item.

7. Limitation of Liability

Techniworld's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Techniworld website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Techniworld and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
